Return & Refund Policy:
We unable to accept returns for any food items (seasonings, injections, etc.). Merchandise orders (shirts, hats, etc.) are fulfilled by a third party, therefore we do not offer or accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please details of the product and the defect to contact@mudvillebbq.com.
Shipping Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for carrier damages once the order is picked up. However, if you receive a damaged product, email us a photo at contact@mudvillebbq.com, include your first/last name, order number, and broken item name and quantity. Our team will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis. If eligible, we will issue you a store credit or e-gift card for the retail price of the product when you purchased it. Please note that damage claims must be made within 5 days of order delivery. Replacement shipments (if approved) will be shipped out via standard/ground shipping and will not be expedited.
Order Cancellation Policy:
All items purchased online are shipped the same or the next day, so the time during which an order may be cancelled is limited. Orders may be cancelled no later than 5:00 p.m. the same day as the order was placed.
Event Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made (by you) more than 48 hours in advance of the event date, will receive a refund, less 5% for fees charged by our merchant payment processor. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not receive a refund.
