As a Veteran-owned business and competition-proven BBQ brand, this partnership hits close to home. While serving in Afghanistan in 2008, Mudville BBQ founder Thomas Gearhart saw firsthand how clean water transforms lives. It enables better health, education, agriculture, and stronger families and communities.
That lesson was reinforced during his Conquering Kili experience in East Africa in 2023. Clean water is the foundation for everything else. Without it, progress is nearly impossible. With it, potential becomes reality.
